The Beginning
Our journey began on April 12th, where we had our first official meeting after finalising team rosters. With the IGCSE exams approaching, the meeting delegated responsibilities and began our journey within STEM Racing!

Study Leave & Early Progress
During Study Leave, our team dedicated a five-day period to make meaningful progress — from shaping our team identity to even crafting our first (and somewhat “illegal”) prototype car.
Guidance from Mercury F1 VN
We were also honoured to be mentored by Mercury F1 VN, the 2025 Vietnam World Finalists. Their ethos of improvement and resilience inspired us to reflect deeply on how we could emulate their determination and precision.

New Beginnings & Renewed Drive
After Summer ’25, we reignited our momentum — now proudly donning our new blue team shirts. As we transitioned into Sixth Form, Vielox Racing was finally ready to hit the track.
Beyond the Track
From coordinating sustainability initiatives and hosting the TQT and Primary School Workshop, to countless late-night testing sessions, every setback and success strengthened our unity and passion.

Martin Nguyen
Team Manager
Martin is a strategic and experienced team manager, who keeps our deadlines (and wheels) on track. Whether he’s organising schedules or handling admin-work, his strengths in project management and networking steer Vielox on the course to success.
Lien Phuong Pham
Enterprise Manager
As Enterprise Manager, Lien Phuong constructs the foundations for our relentless progress. Her strengths in logistics and planning ensure that resources are streamlined, all objectives are aligned, and each output is deployed at its highest quality.
Sushi Le
Graphic Designer
As Graphic Designer, Sushi is behind Vielox’s strong and coherent brand identity. With a keen eye for design and details, she crafts visuals with flair and professionalism, streamlining our marketing and media operations.
Ingrid Mah
Design Engineer
Ingrid is our meticulous and driven design engineer. Her expertise in Mathematics and Physics helps transform our designs into cutting-edge realities, ensuring that Vielox is not just ‘grid-ready’, but unstoppable.
Jiu Ryu
Manufacturing Engineer
While our design engineer and Lead R&D pushes boundaries, JiU ensures every component is produced accurately and precisely. His attention to detail as well as his expertise in Mathematics and Physics further contributes to the performance of our car.

Lead R&D
DongHa leads our Research and Development efforts, pushing the boundaries of our car’s performance. His ability to transform ideas into innovative solutions not only keeps us ahead of the competition but also propels Vielox Racing forward.

About STEM Racing
Inspiring the Next Generation of YOUTHs
STEM Racing, formerly known as F1 in Schools, is a multi-disciplinary competition that challenges students worldwide to transcend the limits of their capabilities. Teams are required to design as well as manufacture an aerodynamic miniature F1 car to race down the track.
Alongside this, they are required to manage their own enterprise; establish a coherent brand identity; secure sponsorships; and create numerous portfolios, displays to document their learning journey. Through these challenges, students are able to dive into the realms of STEM and Entrepreneurship, acquiring meaningful skills far beyond the every-day classroom while also fostering a life-long passion for innovation.
